Scientific Committee announced for the XXXV. IULTCS International Congress 2019 in Dresden, Germany
With only one more year to go, preparations for the XXXV. IULTCS International Congress 2019 in Dresden, Germany, pick up speed. Thomas Yu, president of IULTCS, and Martin Heise, president of organizer and host of the 2019 congress, VGCT e.V., appointed Dr Michael Meyer of the Freiberg based FILK Institute Head of the Scientific Committee. He will be responsible for the scientific programme of the 2019 congress.
Amongst the members of the committee are long-time dedicated experts of the industry und supporters of IULTCS:

Dr Keiji Yoshimura, Japan Leather and Leather Goods Industries Association, JAPAN
New in the circle of experts extending the board to review abstract submissions and steer the scientific programme are:
Over the next weeks, the 22 strong and international line-up of leather scientists and industry experts will work on criteria and conditions for paper submission and evaluation. With expected 250 papers being filed, this will be a demanding and responsible task to fulfill for the members of the committee. Paper submission system will be ready with a call for papers in early September 2018.
